Oil production in the province of Verona stretches across the entire territory, from Lake Garda to Valpolicella, to Valpantena and Val d'Illasi. The extra virgin olive oil Veneto Valpolicella DOP comes from an area with a very high vocation for flavour.

The flavour is light and balanced, with pleasant notes of ripe fruit. Valpolicella extra virgin olive oil has an intense and marked green-gold colour. Its ideal use is raw. The main characteristic of the product is the traditional pressing of hand-picked fruit.
